Heat treatment is to change the properties of the cast steel by heat treatment system (heating,insulation,cooling) and the metallographic structure to eliminate the stress, obtain the process performance (machining) and operational performance (mechanical and chemical properties,etc).Steel casting common heat treatment method is annealing,normalizing, quenching, tempering.
Peeling is to remove the oxide scale from heat treatment and make the surface gloss and uniformity.Polish,it should pay attention to ensure the shape and size of castings.Shot blasting further removes the burnt-on sand and scale in the surface of steel casting.
