Pouring speed is the important technical factor for centrifugal castings. Casting speed changes with different parts and different processes. Low casting speed may result in loose texture, slag and internal surface uneven and other defects. If casting speed is too fast,it may result in the cracks,isolation for sand centrifugal casting. May also make machine vibration, wear, power consumption is too large and so on. Therefore, the principle of speed selection should be in smallest value while ensure the quality of castings.
